🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

✅ Google Ads / Shopping Performance

5+ years of experience in ROAS / POAS performance marketing
Automating custom label strategies within Google Shopping
Experience with Google Ads scripts & Server-Side Tracking
Optimizing feed management using our proprietary software
Google Merchant Center: data optimization & new data generation

✅ Development (Fullstack & High-Performance Architecture)

10+ years of experience in PHP or C# (dotnet) with React
Building scalable & efficient software using event-driven architecture & microservices
CI/CD pipelines, feature flags & self-deployment
Cloud-native development (AWS, Azure, GCP)

✅ AI, R&D & Innovation

Using AI to accelerate learning & development
Hands-on experience with AI APIs & generative AI
Leveraging AI tools to enhance scalability & efficiency
Spending approximately 20% of your time on R&D & cutting-edge technologies
Actively contributing to our innovation-driven culture
Collaborating closely with international e-commerce entrepreneurs & partner companies
Working on joint innovation projects with industry partners
