🛠️ What You’ll Be Building

You’ll help us shape the backbone of GMU’s proprietary software and client performance tooling:

• Architect and develop scalable applications using Laravel + React with a microservices mindset.
• Build intelligent backend logic for feed management, tracking infrastructure, and campaign automation.
• Integrate with Google Ads, Merchant Center, Facebook, Shopify, WooCommerce, and our own internal APIs.
• Design fast and intuitive UIs for internal teams and clients—speed is everything.
• Work on event-driven architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and robust cloud environments (AWS / GCP).
• Collaborate closely with our AI, R&D, and marketing performance teams to ship smarter tools, faster.

💡 About You

You bring experience and fresh thinking to the table. You probably recognize yourself in this:

• 5+ years of professional experience in PHP (Laravel) and React (or other modern JS frameworks).
• You’ve built or maintained complex, modular systems—you think in patterns and architecture, not hacks.
• Experience with cloud-native development, containers, and version control workflows (Git, GitHub).
• You understand the balance between developer experience and business value.
• You take full ownership of your projects: from concept to deploy, and from refactor to future-proofing.

Bonus points for:

• Experience with API design, server-side tracking, or e-commerce platforms.
• Affinity with performance marketing or building tools for marketing teams.
• Knowledge of event-driven systems, feature flags, and A/B testing at code level.
