About you

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a frontend developer, with deep expertise in React and TypeScript for both desktop (web) and mobile applications.
You think in pattern-oriented, scalable architectures, not quick fixes.
You'll help evolve the core of GMU's proprietary software and client facing performance tools.
You design and build high performance, intuitive UIs in React + TypeScript (Web) and React Native + TypeScript (Mobile).
You have hands on experience with desktop focused React applications (e.g. using Progressive Web Apps) as well as native mobile apps.
You work in an event driven way and take end to end ownership of feature implementation from design through deployment and long term maintenance.
You're skilled with CI/CD pipelines, feature flags, and rollouts, ensuring smooth releases.
You partner closely with our AI, R&D, and marketing performance teams to deliver real business value.
You balance developer experience with end user performance and reliability.
