As our new Senior Manager, you are the strategic thinker and commercial driver with a proven track record in growing SaaS or e-commerce companies through online channels. You are not only an expert in optimizing campaigns but also in directing the entire commercial marketing process, from lead generation to conversion and retention.

You will be the engine behind commercial growth, ensuring all online marketing efforts directly contribute to business objectives.

💼 What you bring

Proven commercial success & leadership

You have at least 5 years of relevant senior experience in performance marketing, growth, or online marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS or e-commerce environment.
You can demonstrate ** concrete results** in significantly improving profitability and growth, by focusing on Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and funnel conversion rate enhancement.
You are accustomed to making strategic decisions and effectively communicating them to leadership and cross functional teams (Sales, Product, Tech) to support the commercial agenda.

Strategic tool mastery

You have demonstrable expertise in strategically deploying and integrating the full commercial marketing stack, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, commercial SEO, and Google Analytics, to ensure maximum ROI.

Full channel mastery: strategy & execution

You are an authority in data driven marketing and possess deep, strategic knowledge and operational experience with:
- Performance Marketing (SEA/Social Ads): Setting up and optimizing scalable and profitable campaigns with large budgets, focused on achieving the lowest CAC.
- SEO/Content Strategy: Identifying commercial opportunities and translating them into an actionable content strategy that generates leads and sales.
- CRM & Email Automation: Utilizing the marketing stack to personalize and automate the customer journey, aimed at higher conversion and retention.

Focus on data & business impact

You are highly proficient in using analytics to solve complex marketing challenges.
You ensure that the right data is available to inform commercial decisions and maximize marketing ROI.
