Martech Automation Software – Help build the engine behind 900% ROI

To enable these exceptional results, we are developing our own Marketing Technology Software (Martech Automation).

Dynamic decision-making rules are applied here. They automatically determine where and how budgets are allocated for maximum growth.

Product feeds, ad copy, and targeting are automatically optimized based on real-time data.

About you

At least 7–10 years of hands-on experience in Google Shopping, Google Ads, and performance marketing
A true high performer with deep expertise in ROAS/POAS optimization and advanced bidding strategies
Proven experience in feed management, custom label strategies, and large-scale campaign structures
Familiar with Google Ads scripts, server-side tracking, and automation to maximize efficiency
Able to understand complex e-commerce ecosystems and translate them into scalable growth strategies
A strategic sparring partner for e-commerce clients: you connect business goals to measurable results
Proactive, innovation-driven, and unafraid to embrace AI, automation, and generative technologies
Always seeking smarter workflows: you dedicate time to R&D and testing cutting-edge solutions
Comfortable with full ownership: from campaign setup and optimization to reporting and scaling
